A versatile family favorite as well as a luxurious dessert to finish a Romantic dinner.

Ingredients:
- 30g Unsalted Butter
- 135g Dark Chocolate
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 tablespoon Rum
- 300g Whipping Cream
- 3 Egg Whites
- 45g Caster Sugar

Method:
- Attach Creaming beater
- Add unsalted butter, dark chocolate, egg yolk and rum to the EasyWarm Bowl
- Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - approx 10 min, 7, Stir 1
- Remove the bowl from the machine and set aside
- Attach Whisk
- Add whipping cream to the Kenwood Bowl
- Whisk until light and fluffy - 1 min 40 sec, Speed 5
- Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to medium bowl then set aside
- Clean Kenwood Bowl
- Attach Whisk
- Add egg white to the Kenwood Bowl
- Whisk until soft peaks form - approx 2 min, Speed Max
- Add caster sugar to the Kenwood Bowl gradually while machine is running
- Whisk until well combined - approx 1 min, Speed Max
- Retrieve the melted chocolate and the whipped cream
- Fold cream into chocolate mixture
- Spoon one third of content of Kenwood Bowl into chocolate mixture
- Fold gently until combined
- Spoon another third of egg whites into the chocolate mixture
- Fold gently until combined
- Repeat with the rest
- Spoon chocolate mixture into tumbler glass evenly
- Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
- Serve
